3. Jurisdictional Scope

The Foreign Desk division operates exclusively outside the United States and does not undertake advisory engagements relating to U.S. persons, U.S. corporations, or matters within U.S. jurisdiction.

All services are provided subject to applicable licensing and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions in which activities occur.

4. No Consumer Reporting Activity

BHOAZ does not act as a "consumer reporting agency" as defined under the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act and does not provide consumer reports for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or similar eligibility determinations unless explicitly agreed under a compliant written contract.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with notice.

7.2 Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• 50% due upon project completion

7.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

8. Project Delivery

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Actual delivery may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.

8.2 Deadline Guarantee

For projects with a guaranteed delivery date, if we fail to deliver by the agreed deadline (without approved extension), you are entitled to a full refund.

8.3 Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on client providing:

• Required information and assets
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Access to necessary systems

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own all custom work product created specifically for them.

9.2 Bhoaz Ownership

We retain ownership of:

• Pre-existing materials and tools
• Generic components and frameworks
• Methodologies and processes

9.3 Site Content

All content on this Site is the exclusive property of BHOAZ, LLC unless otherwise indicated. No reproduction or redistribution without written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Engage in scraping or automated extraction

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
