This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of Bhoaz VPS hosting services. By using our hosting services, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use our services to:

2.1 Illegal Activities

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Host illegal content
• Facilitate criminal activity

2.2 Harmful Content

• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Host phishing websites
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications

2.3 Abuse of Resources

• Cryptocurrency mining without approval
• Running open proxies or relays
• Intentionally overloading shared resources

2.4 Intellectual Property Violations

• Host pirated content
• Infringe on copyrights or trademarks
• Distribute unauthorized software

2.5 Harmful Activities

• Launch attacks on other systems
• Port scanning or network probing
• Hacking or unauthorized access attempts

3. Resource Usage

3.1 Fair Use

Resources should be used reasonably:

• CPU: Sustained 100% usage may require upgrade
• Bandwidth: Excessive usage reviewed case by case
• Storage: Used for legitimate operational data

3.2 Prohibited Processes

• Cryptocurrency mining
• Tor exit nodes
• Open mail relays
• Anonymous proxy services

4. Security Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Keeping software updated
• Using strong passwords
• Securing your applications
• Monitoring for unauthorized access

5. Content Responsibility

5.1 Your Content

You are solely responsible for all content on your server.

5.2 Backup Responsibility

While we may provide backup services, you should maintain your own backups.

6. Reporting Abuse

Report abuse to: abuse@bhoaz.com

Include:

• Nature of the abuse
• IP addresses involved
• Relevant logs or evidence

7. Enforcement

7.1 Violations

Upon discovering violations, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Suspend the service
• Terminate the service
• Report to authorities if required

7.2 No Refunds for Violations

Services terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
