2. Advisory Status

BHOAZ, LLC does not operate as:

• A licensed private investigation agency unless expressly required and separately contracted under applicable law;
• A law enforcement authority;
• A regulatory authority;
• A consumer reporting agency under the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act;
• A legal practice or law firm.

Services are advisory and analytical in scope.

3. Jurisdictional Scope

The Foreign Desk division operates exclusively outside the United States and does not undertake engagements relating to U.S. persons, U.S. corporations, or matters within U.S. jurisdiction.

All services are performed subject to applicable laws and regulatory frameworks in relevant jurisdictions.

• Regulated investigative services where licensure is required and not obtained
