1. Overview

At Bhoaz, we stand behind our work. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.

2. Deadline Guarantee

2.1 The Guarantee

For projects with a guaranteed delivery date specified in your invoice:

  • If we fail to deliver by the deadline, you are entitled to a full refund
  • This includes all payments made (deposit and final)

2.2 Conditions

The deadline guarantee applies when:

  • A guaranteed delivery date is specified in writing
  • No deadline extension was requested and approved
  • Delays are not caused by client actions or inactions

2.3 Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply if delays are caused by:

  • Late or incomplete client feedback
  • Changes in project scope
  • Force majeure events
  • Client-requested delays
  • Late payments

3. Deadline Extensions

3.1 Requesting Extensions

If we anticipate missing a deadline, we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible
  • Explain the reason for the delay
  • Request a deadline extension

3.2 Approval Process

  • Extension requests require your approval
  • You have 48 hours to respond
  • Approval can be given through the client portal
  • Approved extensions update the guaranteed delivery date

4. Other Refund Situations

4.1 Project Cancellation by Client

  • Deposit is non-refundable once work begins
  • Refund for unused portion of payment may be available
  • Work completed is billed proportionally

4.2 Project Cancellation by Bhoaz

  • Full refund of all payments
  • Any completed work product transfers to client

4.3 Disputes

  • Work quality disputes are addressed through revision process
  • If agreement cannot be reached, partial refund may be negotiated

5. VPS Hosting Refunds

5.1 Monthly Services

  • Prorated refund for unused time if cancelled
  • No refund for partial months

5.2 Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once service is provisioned.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your client portal
  2. Navigate to the relevant invoice or project
  3. Submit a refund request with reason
  4. Our team will review within 2 business days

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Stripe processing fees are non-refundable
