Senior Security Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join our growing security practice. You'll lead penetration testing engagements, mentor junior team members, and help shape our security service offerings.

This is a remote position open to candidates in the Americas (UTC-8 to UTC-3 time zones).

• Lead and execute penetration testing engagements (web, network, API, mobile)
• Write clear, actionable security assessment reports
• Mentor junior security team members
• Develop and improve internal testing methodologies
• Research emerging threats and attack techniques
• Contribute to security tooling and automation
• Participate in pre-sales calls and proposal development
• Present findings to client technical and executive teams

• 5+ years of experience in penetration testing or security engineering
• Strong understanding of web application security (OWASP Top 10)
• Experience with network penetration testing
• Proficiency with security tools (Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Relevant certifications (OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, or similar)
• Experience working with clients in a consulting environment

• Cloud security experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Mobile application security testing experience
• Experience with code review / SAST tools
• Contributions to security research or open source
• Experience with OT/ICS security
• Additional certifications (OSWE, OSED, CRTO)
